Vouchers are available for workshops and private tuition. They are valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after expiry date. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Courses and tuition must be pre-booked. Vouchers can be redeemed by booking online only from www.katepettitt.co.uk.
Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Vouchers can be used for part or full payment. If the cost of the product exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at checkout.
Kate Pettitt does not guarantee that spaces will be available on workshops. Spaces are only secured once a course has been booked, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
In the unlikely event that a workshop needs to be cancelled, a new gift voucher shall be issued and shall be valid for a further 24 months. In the event that a course is cancelled by a voucher holder no refund shall be given.
Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
