£480

Painted en plein air (outside on location). Acrylic on acid free paper in an off white mount and light oak frame behind glass.
400 x 500 mm.

It had rained lightly in the morning and the colours in the landscape were fresh lemon yellow and peachy pink. The new bracken was just emerging in croziers but had not covered the ground yet and the remnants of last year’s dry bracken lay on the soil. A raven called high overhead.

This painting will available to view and purchase from the Arnup Studios group exhibition at Pyramid Gallery, York 11 July–13 September 2026
