A BIG thank you to everyone who visited the studio for York Open Studios 2021. The sun came out and a good time was had by all!

I opened my studio at Arnup Studios in Holtby over two weekends in July 2021, and after such a long lockdown and so many cancelled events and exhibitions, it was a huge relief for visitors and exhibitors alike to do something ‘normal’ again, and to talk to real-life 3D people.

Hannah Arnup (ceramics), Michelle Galloway (painting), Reg Walker (sculpture and collage), Emma Welsh (jewellery), Tabitha Grove (painting and textiles) and Peter Heaton (photography) also opened their studios at Arnup Studios, and we’d all like to thank our wonderful helpers for all their hard work and support behind the scenes.

You  can view the 2021 directory here, and visit the YOS website here.

Here’s hoping we get to do it again next year! In the mean time, we are already planning our next studio event in early December, just in time for Christmas.
